Golf course hole

PGA National Czech Republic, also known as Oaks Prague, is the country’s leading championship course. Designed by Kyle Phillips and located about 23 km southeast of Prague, it opened fully in 2020 and has since been recognised as one of Europe’s top venues.

In 2020 it won the World Golf Awards for Europe’s Best Golf Course. The 18-hole, par-72 layout is set in open parkland with strategic bunkering and large, contoured greens. It has hosted the Czech Golf Masters and attracts both members and visiting players.

Course and Layout

The course offers a modern championship test. Fairways are well defined and the design rewards accurate play. Green fees are typically in the region of 110–125 GBP for 18 holes; check the club’s official site for current rates and booking.

Practical Information

The club is easily reached from Prague by car. Allow around 30 minutes from the city centre depending on traffic. Visitors are advised to book in advance, especially at weekends and during the main season. Further details are available from the club and from the Czech Golf Federation (CGF).
